Online Mental Health Doctor Consultation in Pakistan

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep problems or burnout, you can speak confidentially to a doctor registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council by secure video. The doctor can advise, refer, or prescribe where clinically appropriate — but a consultation does not guarantee medication or a medical certificate.

Consultation fee: Rs. 2,500. Shown before you confirm and pay.

What we can help with

An online doctor can assess common mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep difficulty, grief reactions, and work-related burnout.

The doctor can discuss coping strategies, signpost you to Ministry of Health Pakistan and voluntary services, issue a medical certificate where clinically appropriate, or prescribe medication where that is the right clinical decision.

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Low mood and depression symptoms
  • Sleep problems
  • Work-related burnout
  • Grief and adjustment reactions

What we cannot help with

DrPak is not a crisis service and is not a substitute for specialist psychiatry or ongoing psychotherapy.

If you are in immediate danger, call 15 or 112. If you need to talk to someone now, contact Rozan Helpline 0800-44444 or 0300-111-1741.

Complex psychiatric conditions, active suicidal planning, or situations requiring urgent in-person assessment need emergency or specialist care — not a routine video booking.

How it works

Book a video slot in a private, quiet space. The doctor will take a confidential history, discuss what you are experiencing, and agree a plan — which may include self-help resources, referral, medication, or a medical certificate if you are unfit for work.

Support alongside your doctor

Ministry of Health Pakistan mental health services, counselling in primary care (where available), and voluntary organisations such as Rozan and Umang provide additional support. An online consultation can complement these services but does not replace ongoing care from your own doctor or a mental health team.

  • Rozan helpline: 0300-111-1741
  • Umang mental health: https://www.umang.com.pk/
  • Ministry of Health Pakistan: https://www.nih.org.pk/
  • Rozan: https://www.rozans.org/

What this service does not cover

  • Crisis or emergency mental health care — call 115, 112, or Rozan helpline 0300-111-1741.
  • Specialist psychiatry or long-term therapy in place of appropriate services.
  • Guaranteed medical certificates or prescriptions.
  • Controlled medications including benzodiazepines.

Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. What you discuss with the doctor is confidential on the same basis as an in-person consultation.
Can I get a medical certificate for mental health?
Where clinically appropriate after assessment, a doctor may issue a medical certificate. It does not name your condition.
Can the doctor refer me to a specialist?
Yes, where appropriate the doctor can provide a referral letter for secondary care or counselling services.
