Yes. Every DrPak doctor is registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and based in Pakistan. You can verify any doctor independently at pmdc.pk.
For many everyday conditions, yes — and it is more convenient. For anything needing physical examination or urgent care, it is not, and our doctors will tell you so and direct you appropriately.

The exact fee is shown clearly when you book — the price you see is the price you pay. Prescriptions, certs and referral letters (where clinically appropriate) are included. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees. Medication itself is paid to your pharmacy separately.
No. DrPak is pay-per-consultation only. The only separate cost is medication itself, paid to your pharmacy as normal.
Many Pakistani health insurance plans cover part of doctor/telehealth fees depending on your policy — you receive a claim-ready receipt. Doctor fees may also qualify for tax relief via Revenue’s Med 1 process.
Yes — where clinically appropriate after your consultation, prescriptions are sent electronically to your chosen Pakistani pharmacy. Booking does not guarantee a prescription.
Controlled drugs, sedatives, sleeping tablets or any medication with a risk of dependence. Fees are not refunded where a booking is made to request these.
Where genuinely indicated, yes — our doctors follow Ministry of Health Pakistan antimicrobial prescribing guidance.
Yes — after a consultation, where the doctor considers it appropriate, your cert is emailed the same day.
Yes — it is a standard medical certificate issued by an PMDC-registered doctor whose registration can be verified with the Medical Council.

Yes. Video calls are encrypted, records are stored on secure servers under data protection, regulated by the Pakistani data protection expectations, and nothing is shared without your consent except where law requires.
