DrPak is committed to safe, accountable online doctor care in line with Pakistani regulatory standards and Pakistan Medical & Dental Council guidance on telemedicine.
Registered doctors
Every DrPak consultation is delivered by a doctor registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council. PMDC numbers are published on doctor profiles so patients can verify registration independently at pmdc.pk.
Clinical decision-making
Prescriptions, medical certificateificates and referrals are issued only where clinically appropriate following a genuine doctor–patient consultation. DrPak does not prescribe controlled drugs, sedatives, sleeping tablets or medications with a risk of dependence.
Where a physical examination or urgent in-person care is needed, the doctor will advise accordingly — online care is not offered when it would be unsafe.
Data protection
Patient records are stored on secure servers and handled with care for patients in Pakistan. We do not sell health data.
